These are some of the pretty headpieces that the talented Tracy Dizon made. Tracy is a designer and I met her on the set of imortal. She was our costume designer then, and amongst her many talent is creating pretty headpieces for weddings, fashion shows etc.

I admire how she carefully chooses her materials and wow for the creativity in putting them together to create her masterpieces! =)

I was having a real bad day last sat. As i was packing stuffs from my booth at a bazaar in centris, this little man passed by me and stopped at the booth beside me to get a freebie pastillas, he was watching me as i put the accessories 1 by 1 in a ziploc then all of a sudden he picked up a ziploc and started packing away accessories, i was too stunned to say anything, he didnt look me in the eye n…or said anything, so we pack away in silence, and i smiled, my heart warmed at the simple act of kindness this little boy did, parang magic that all the badtrip i was feeling was washed away… Finally he looked up at me and i smiled at him and asked him what his name is, he said his name is sky, he’s 7 and when i asked him what school he goes to he smiled and said secret and when i asked where he lives he said “i wont tell”, and i laugh and asked, “do i look like a kidnapper?”, he just gave me a big grin =) God really has his ways of easing our worries, i know he sent me sky =)

Dining with the royalties…

It was only recent that we transferred to a new home, still near our workplace ofcourse, it’s an old apartment which is super big like it’s 100plus sqm. It’s a 2-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet and bath for only P18,000.00 a month. Mas cheap than the condo unit which is only approximately around 32sqm which we rented for P16,500.00 monthly.

I’m still with my friend EJ minus his ex-boyfriend Kim, plus 2 new housemates, Tanya a friend from wok also, she’s a make-up artist and Jhona, one of our P.A. EJ and I have our own room while Tanya and Jhona shares.

Since the new apartment is bare, and we have nothing but a refrigerator, we would cook using a camping stove that uses butane, we’d eat on the kitchen counter and would make chika standing up since wala kaming sofa, haha =)

But ofcourse like many of you, we’re dreaming of having a comfy and pretty home, so for months, weeks, I’ve been scouting for dining sets, sofas, television sets, cabinets and home decors. we decided to save up for a dining set first, and since, it was a holiday yesterday, I asked Alexander (my boyfriend), to do some window shopping. We went to trinoma and ended up in landmark which is having a big sale! I walk around the furnitures for hours trying to compute anong pasok sa budget, anong bagay sa bahay and so i’ve decided to settle for this simple dining set.

it’s dark wood with thin cushion for the seats, I wish though it was a 6 seater but it will do na din.

Since they’re on sale, i went around and found some cute stuff to match our new dining set. =)

I got us some new placemats, i chose to get a light color to accentuate the color of the dining set, I got 6 of these for P20.00 each =)

And I also bought us some new dining plates, salad plates, soup bowl, mugs and condiment saucers in pretty colors -

and this yellow condiment saucer costs P15.00 =) I was pretty glad of what they look like when i’ve put them together -

well, i’ll post some photos soon, gotta cook us some decent meal now that we have a pretty dining set to sit at =)

Isang bumabagyong gabi pero since likas na lakwachera kaming magkakaibigan, we decided to push thru with the plan to meet up, and para hindi naman kami mukang lakwachera mashado, we went to a friend’s cafe in up village na lang - The Midnight Owl. since las and cas’ diner was opened recently pa lang so they hardly have any decors, since i’m super addicted to washi tapes, I decided to make a washi banner to put on their board while listening to my friends chat the night away =) After an hour of fun talk and good food, i would like to present to you my washi banner! Taping kulitan at 3am =) I missed my baby girls so much!!! I haven’t been taping lately due to stuffs that needed my full attention at the office so imagine how much I missed them! I have taken a photo with Daniel also but since he is so hilarious in the photo I decided not to post it so hindi masira ang ilusyon niyo sa kanya, haha… I hope I can get to go to taping more frequently so I can share with you more photos, see ya! =) (Taken with Instagram)
